Eyelash Extension Aftercare

New to eyelash extensions??... Aftercare is very important for longevity of your lashes and overall lash health. Eyelash Extensions are an investment please take care of them!!

First things first... DO NOT get lashes wet for 24 hours. Yes, the whole 24 hours. ( Sweat also counts as water)

After the curing had set for the 24 hours your free to do all the activities you want! #lashgamestrong

Here are some guidelines to follow to get the most life out of your lashes.

• Use oil based and waterproof mascara/ makeup remover

• Avoid pulling/tugging on lashes

• Avoid heat from BBQ‘s and Ovens

• DO NOT use an eyelash curler on extensions - they will all fall off :(

• Clean extensions with oil free cleanser twice a day ( I will get into that in a sec)

• Book a full every 2-3 weeks

Why is booking a fill so important?

After receiving a full set you may now book fills from here on out! No more 2 hour appointments... If you come in for an appointment between the 2-3 week period your lashes will have shed off about half of the previous extensions and have grown new lashes #babylashes. Now if you go longer than 3 weeks, most of your eyelash extensions will have fallen off and this is now considered a full set again.

Oil Free Eyelash Cleaners

Okay so lastly, I want to talk about eyelash cleaners. There are plenty on the market that you may choose to buy from various eyelash companies such as #bellalash #lalashbox and many more. Or you can make your own!

Heres what you will need

Baby Shampoo

Water

8 oz or less bottle

Now you will fill the bottle with water and pour in a few drops of baby shampoo and that’s it!
